What will the company actually do?

Your activity decides which registrars will license you and whether an external approval is needed.

Why this number is real

Most cost calculators in this market are a lead form with a progress bar. This one runs the arithmetic in front of you.

Live from the first step

Most calculators in this market run five steps of questions and end with a promise that someone will call you back. This one shows a number from the first step, and it updates as you configure the rest.

Three lines, not one lump sum

Every estimate splits into the government fee, the facility cost and the service charge. You see what each line is for, not a single total with nothing to check it against.

Nothing charged before you ask

Visas, office space and every add-on start at zero. The figure you see first is the genuine floor for that licence, not a padded number waiting to be negotiated down.

Ten zones, one floor price each

The genuine starting figure for each registrar's cheapest package, before visas, office or any add-on. Scroll to compare free zones against mainland.

Questions worth asking first

The answers that change what a setup costs, and the ones nobody volunteers until you have already paid.

A free zone licence on its own starts at AED 5,500, and with one visa and a flexi desk it typically lands between AED 15,000 and AED 26,000 in the first year. Mainland is higher because a tenancy contract is mandatory, usually AED 27,000 to AED 90,000. The variables that move the number most are your activity, how many visas you need and the office type. The calculator on this site breaks all of that down line by line.
