This website is operated by Future Business Solutions, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with its office at Room 405, Floor 4, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Future Business Solutions, and "you" means the person using the site.

By browsing this site, using the cost calculator or contacting us through any channel listed here, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

The cost calculator produces an indicative estimate based on figures compiled from published authority packages and prevailing market rates. It is a guide to help you plan, not an offer, a quotation or a contract.

Government and authority fees change without notice and are set by third parties we do not control. Your final cost depends on your business activity, the shareholding structure, the approvals your activity attracts, the facility you take and the authority's assessment of your file.

No figure shown on this site is binding on us or on any licensing authority. A binding price is only ever given in a written proposal issued to you and signed by both parties.

The content on this site, including guidance on jurisdictions, licence types, visa routes and corporate tax, is general information. It does not take account of your circumstances and must not be relied on as legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice or investment advice.

We are business setup consultants. We are not a law firm, an audit firm or a licensed financial adviser. Where your situation calls for regulated advice, we will tell you and can introduce you to a suitably licensed professional.

You remain responsible for your own compliance with UAE law, including corporate tax registration, economic substance, ultimate beneficial ownership filings and anti-money-laundering obligations.

Where you engage us, we act as your agent in preparing and submitting applications to the relevant registrar, immigration authority and, where instructed, in introducing your file to banks.

We do not decide the outcome of any application. Licensing authorities, immigration authorities and banks apply their own criteria and may approve, delay, request more information or refuse an application for reasons outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee approval, a processing time or a bank account.

Timelines given anywhere on this site are typical, not promised. Regulated activities, corporate shareholders and files requiring external approval routinely take longer.

You must give us information and documents that are accurate, complete and current, and tell us promptly if anything changes. Applications are frequently rejected because of a discrepancy between documents rather than the merits of the business.

You confirm that you are entitled to act for any company or shareholder you instruct us on behalf of, and that the funds behind the business are lawful.

We are required to carry out customer due diligence before acting. We may ask for identification, proof of address and source-of-funds information, and we may decline or discontinue an engagement where we cannot satisfy those checks.

Our service fees are separate from government and authority fees. Government fees are payable to the authority and are not ours to waive, discount or refund.

Where an application is refused or withdrawn, government fees already paid to an authority are generally non-refundable. Our own fees are refundable only to the extent set out in your written proposal.

Unless the proposal says otherwise, fees are quoted in UAE dirhams and are payable before we submit an application.

Names and logos of licensing authorities, free zones and banks appearing on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown to identify the registrars and institutions we file with and deal with.

Their appearance does not imply that those organisations endorse us, sponsor us or are affiliated with us, except where we expressly state a registered agent or authorised partner relationship in writing.

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

All text, design, code and graphics on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this site or reliance on any estimate shown on it.

Where we are engaged and liability arises, our total liability is limited to the service fees you have paid us for the engagement in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as our services or the regulatory position change. The version published here is the one that applies. The date below tells you when it last changed.
