Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 3 August 2026

01Who controls your data

Future Business Solutions, of Room 405, Floor 4, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@futuregroup.ae or +971 52 107 0002.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the services we provide through it.

02What we collect

When you contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the country you are writing from and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you use the cost calculator, your selections stay in your browser. We only see them if you choose to send them to us, for example by opening the WhatsApp handoff, which passes a summary of your answers into a message you can read and edit before sending.

If you engage us, we collect what the authorities require: passport copies, photographs, proof of address, educational or professional certificates where an activity demands them, and, for corporate shareholders, attested company documents.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your approximate location by country, browser type and the pages you visit, so we can keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

03Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. This is in our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has approached us.

To perform the engagement you have asked for, including preparing and submitting applications to licensing authorities, immigration authorities and banks. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.

To meet legal obligations, including customer due diligence, anti-money-laundering record keeping and ultimate beneficial ownership requirements. We have no discretion here.

To improve the site and our services. We use aggregate data for this, not individual profiles.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

04Who we share it with

Licensing and registration authorities, free zone registrars and the relevant economic department, where that is the point of the engagement.

Immigration authorities, approved medical centres and Emirates ID centres, for visa processing.

Banks and financial institutions, where you have asked us to introduce your file. They will apply their own privacy terms and their own due diligence.

Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and document handling. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Authorities, regulators or courts where we are legally required to disclose.

05Where it is stored

Your data is primarily held in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers process data in other countries.

Where data leaves the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards and that the recipient is bound by confidentiality obligations no weaker than ours.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Records relating to an engagement are kept for the period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and commercial law, which is generally at least five years from the end of the relationship.

Where we no longer have a legal reason to hold something, we delete it or anonymise it.

07Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. That value never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

The site does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes we will publish a cookie notice and ask for your consent before setting anything non-essential.

08Keeping it secure

We restrict access to personal data to the people who need it to do their job, transmit the site over encrypted connections, and hold identity documents in access-controlled storage.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.

09Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it.

You can object to us using your data for marketing at any time, and we will stop. You can also ask us to restrict how we use your data while a dispute about its accuracy is resolved.

To exercise any of this, email hello@futuregroup.ae. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, which protects you as much as us.

Note that where a licensing or immigration authority already holds your data, deleting our copy does not remove theirs. You would need to approach that authority directly.

10Children

This site is for adults conducting business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 except where a child is named as a dependant in a family sponsorship application, and then only what the immigration authority requires.

11Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified directly.
